Guys, thank you so much for following my blog and so following me.

I'm working really hard on this and I have many ideas to make it even better.

That's basically the reason why I couldn't post anything during these last days.

So, thanks once again and pretty soon there will be wonderful posts in here.

Lost at Sea

If you're thinking about the comics by Bryan Lee O'Malley, you're wrong.

I was lost at sea.

It's a pretty big story and I won't be able to say it all today.

But I'm making this post to show you some of the things that went through my mind.

First, you have to know my situation by the time: no money, had lost my baggage a couple of days later and had been robbed (yeah that's pretty bad). Location: a small island near Thailand.

I had to go back to Bangkok so I could get my documents done and leave the country. So I hired a guy to take me to the coast. I was going to pay him $5. But it was night, and it was pretty bad to see. After 10 minutes, the guy says the wind was different so he didn't know where we were.

I got angry at first but then I tried to calm down. We stayed in the ship for 18 hours.

What went through my mind in there:

• I'm going to be arrested. (I don't know why).
• He is going to rape/murder/kidnapp me.
• He is going to sell me.
• He is escaping the country and bringing me with him.
• We are running out of oil and the ship would stop.
• The ship will sink.

In the end, we reached the coast, but a little bit far from where we were supposed to arrive. There were police officers and fortunately they helped me with everything. That's why I still love Thailand. All the times I was there I have been to many things.

I have been very slow lately. Haven't done much. Tried to show my blog to some friends, and got me some money by working at a big house where eight people and a dog live.

That reminds me of one time when I was almost leaving Servia with a girl I had known for 2 weeks. We were completely connected and she was on her way to Greece because she had to visit her grandparents who escaped from the Yugoslav wars. The thing is I wasn't expecting anything by that time, I was a bit tired.

We left the city of Divčibare to go straight to Greece. But only a couple of hours later on the road I saw one of the most beautiful landscapes of my life, which included mountains, trees, small rivers and some animals like birds. I didn't have anything to capture that moment so it remains in my memory only. However, there are some pictures that can relate to this:

Vacations - Why Wait ?

Since I was a kid, I always liked to be on vacations. But then, before it could even end, I was crazy to go back to school because I got really bored. That must have happened to a lot of people.
But then, as you get older, you realize that things are different, and now you wish for maybe some more free weeks, or even months.
Yeah, that was my reality in the beginning.

After some time of work, maybe 2 or 3 years, I couldn't wait for my next vacations, for my next trip.
So I decided probably the most important thing I ever in my life: go crazy.
That's right. That's something some people think of, others dream of, few can do but only the smallest part of this whole group actually do this.
I did it. Am I proud of it? Yes, sir.

Long story short, I took the money I had and went to Russia.

I'm still on vacation.

The Power of the Beaches

Beaches are usually one of the most common and attractive places that people want to go. And there are many reasons for that.

• Good feeling when in touch with nature.
• Possibility of playing sports like surfing or volleyball.
• Watch people in their smallest clothes (haha).
• Get tanned.
• And, for some people, smoke and drink.

I have to say I've been to the beach so many times in my life and I have had all these reasons.

It's weird that even though I am so picky when it comes to activities and I usually get tired of something that has become repetitive, I never get tired of going to the beach.

The feeling that you have when you see people playing with their dogs on the sand close to the water, the man surfing, the hot blonde next to you getting tan, it's just irreplaceable. I realized that when I went on a surf trip throughout South America. (that will be in future posts)

Everytime my friends come to me saying they're confused, or stressed, or fed up with something, I tell them to go to the beach. But not that beach with a huge crowd of teenagers who care more about their image than anything else. I'm talking about that secret spot, where you have to walk through woods and trees and there's nothing but nature. 

Just sit down, look at the sky, look at the sea. Listen to the waves. Smile. Be happy.

2nd Post

Guys, I know this is a pretty new blog so there aren't many posts or readers yet. I intent to put a lot of my time on behalf of this blog because I really want it to be a big one. And there are two reasons for that:

1 - I know it can be good (haha it's true)
2 - I always wanted to have a good blog.

There's one thing I've learned throughout my life, is that if you want something, if you really want it, you can get it.

So I will end today's post saying that a lot more is coming and you shouldn't miss it.

First Post

In here I'm going to share some thoughts about life and its experiences.

I will talk about stuff I have done, stuff that I do and stuff that I want to do.

Right now I'm living in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and I will start this blog with a thought about life.
